About MyManarah

A Victorian NDIS provider built on trust, consistency and real connection.

Our name

Manarah is an Arabic word for a lighthouse or beacon. For centuries a manarah has done one simple job: stay lit, stay in place, and help people find their way.

"My" is there because the support belongs to you. Your goals, your choices, your pace.

Why we started

MyManarah grew out of hands-on support work. We've seen how much difference it makes when the same familiar people turn up on time, listen, and treat a participant's home and family with respect. We started MyManarah to offer that kind of support.

What we value

  • Amanah (trust)Being invited into someone's life is a responsibility. We do what we say we will.
  • ConnectionWe get to know you and your family, not just your plan.
  • DignityYou make the decisions about your life. We support them.
  • ConsistencyFamiliar faces and reliable routines, so support feels like part of home.

Our roots

Our values come from the Islamic tradition of caring for one another, and we understand the needs of Muslim participants and families, from prayer times to halal food to gender preferences for support workers.

Those same values mean our door is open to everyone. We support people of all faiths, cultures and backgrounds.
